How can I commission an artist?
You can send a ‘COMMISSION ENQUIRE’ from the artist page that you would like to work with or you can use or ‘REQUEST A COMMISSION’ button from this page.
Which artists offer commissions?
Not all of our artists offer commissions. When submitting your request, tell us which artist you’re interested in and we’ll let you know if they’re available to create a commission.

Commission prices will vary depending on the artist’s pricing and the size of the artwork you’d like commissioned. Let us know your budget when you submit your request and we’ll discuss what’s possible with the artist. The price will be confirmed before the commissioned artwork is begun.
How long will it take?
Production times will vary depending on the scale and medium of the work, as well as the availability of the artist. Let us know if you have a specific deadline in mind so that this can be discussed with the artist before beginning the commission.
Will I get progress updates?
During the production process, we’ll be in touch with regular photos and updates from the artist. If you have any notes or revisions you’d like made, we’ll pass these along.
How do I pay for a commissioned artwork?
Once your brief has been finalised with yourself and the artist, we’ll require an initial payment of 50% of the artwork’s value. After the completion of the artwork to your satisfaction, the remaining 50% plus shipping will need to be paid before the artist ships the artwork.
Payment can be made with debit or credit card as well as bank transfers.
Can I use a discount code on commissions?
The price of a commission is agreed by both yourself and the artist. As the artwork is custom made, we cannot accept discounts on the price of the commission.
Can I return a commissioned artwork?
Due to their bespoke nature, we’re unable to accept returns of commissioned artworks. Throughout the process, we’ll work with both you and the artist to ensure that you’re happy with the finished artwork before it’s shipped.
